Corporate Leadership program
The Corporate Leadership program (CLP) is a part of STYLE CHECK's management training program. The company's top professional executives are part of this process, which involves workshops on company strategy and values, new product development, latest communicating and selling skills, shaping positive attitudes, leadership skills, two-way feedback, etc.
Further, at the same time ensures the creation of an achieving work culture, a climate in which each individual employee is motivated, enthused and willing to give his / her best to the company.
Corporate Management Training program
The Corporate Management Training program (CMTP) is part of the management recruitment initiative. An on-going program, it helps identify true potential. CMTP helps recruit young professionals with high potential, who can grow and develop in the Company's environment and culture to effectively handle higher responsibilities in the years to come. CMTP gives training and schedules and monitor the progress of all Management Trainees and track career progress, implement career paths and development paths for the trainees after their confirmation.
In training program we provide chance to our manpower to improve and learn newly introduced treatment and polish their knowledge.
